Refund policy
All Goodboy Gravies sales are backed by a 30-day return policy! The 30 days begins the day of delivery as shown on your order tracking.
All unopened product must be returned to the address provided by customer service when you initiate a return before a credit to your original form of payment can be issued. To initiate a return, simply email bark@goodboygravies.com to get the process started.
If you ordered multiple bottles, the return request must be made during the use of the first bottle. For example, if you order 3 bottles, and claim to have used all 3 bottles within 30 days, we will not issue a credit for all 3 bottles. If you order multiple bottles, please notify us of your refund request while using the first bottle to begin the refund process. All unopened bottles must be returned to be credited.
We do not refund shipping, nor do we pay for return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
